Scenes from spring when Tyler and Jenny’s proposal at Zilker Botanical Garden. A gorgeous oasis in the middle of Austin, the Zilker Botanical Garden is a very romantic place for proposals.
Tyler had a dozen red roses scattered at the site, making it extra special for his proposal to Jenny. We planned for a surprise proposal, with me hiding in plain sight waiting for their arrival, but there was a minor hiccup.
Despite his best effort to keep it a secret, Jenny was able to draw these plans out of him and knew exactly what was coming when they arrived.
Tyler and Jenny grew up together, attending the same schools year after year and even becoming close friends in high school before going their separate ways in college. They reconnected in 2022 and have been building a beautiful life in Austin ever since.
