Because your photographer is also a girls' girl, a local, and a recent newlywed who knows what actually matters.
(And because you married the love of your life. Which is kinda like the main thing.)
I don’t have to tell you your photos are a big deal.
They’re the only part of the wedding that lasts forever (aside from, you know, the marriage).
I also don’t have to tell you your photographer is a big deal.
She’s the one who holds your creative vision, your ideal timeline, and possibly your dress while you pee — speaking from experience!
If you want Austin wedding photography that blends editorial portraits, artistic details, and (most importantly) the candid moments that make your wedding yours… take a seat at the bar, and let me mix you a drink.
*At least in theory. Results may vary.

Our wedding was meant to be a celebration — joyful, vibrant, and colorful. In no way did I feel like or want to be a typical bride. So when we were looking for a wedding photographer, we wanted to find someone who could visually tell a story, capture our party vibe AND the love, and keep everyone calm on a stressful day. That was Caitlin!
The last thing I wanted from our big day was a ton of stuffy, posed photos.
- Zach & Julia
Caitlin was amazing to work with and we were impressed with her talent, professionalism and ability to adapt on the fly. She was our most trusted vendor — so much so that by the day of our wedding, with so much going on, we didn't worry one bit about how the photography would go. We knew we were in good hands with Caitlin and she delivered.
We were attracted to her more editorial style of photography and we hit it off immediately!
- Mac & Shannon
We were initially drawn to Caitlin's style - very true-to-life, enhanced but not distracting editing, and masterful use of natural light. On top of her incredible eye and skills behind the lens, she's incredibly easy to work with, especially if you have know idea what to do with your hands or how to pose. Caitlin's got you covered and the photos come out amazing. Can't recommend Caitlin highly enough!
Beautiful photos, easy to work with - what else could you ask for?
8 weeks before your wedding day, I'll send you my wedding questionnaire and here's where you'll tell me everything: your wedding party, your details, your family's funny traditions. The more I know going in, the more I can help you craft the perfect timeline, take the perfect photos, and guarantee you enjoy your perfect day.
We checked your date, we checked the vibes, and everything checks out — now, let’s tie the knot! Simply sign your contract and make your 30% deposit to make our relationship official. You’ll get my comprehensive Wedding Guide the second you book — pop the champagne!
You’ll get a whole set of sneak peeks within a week and the full gallery 8–10 weeks later. If you’ve added a custom heirloom album (of course you have!), I’ll design and deliver it shortly after. Then, you get to relive the moments… happily ever after.
I’ve walked you down the aisle through the photography and "what to expect" process. Now it’s time to get married! I'll be there from getting ready to grand exit, quietly finding the frames that make you (and your guests) look your best. Just don’t forget to feed me, please. I’m not an air plant.
Like what you see on my Hinge? I mean... website? Then ask me out, baby! Once you fill out my contact form, I’ll follow up to let you know if your wedding date is available. If so, we can go on an official date via Zoom, FaceTime, phone call, or even in person (Spicy margaritas are on me!).
A: Full-day wedding coverage includes a second photographer, and you can add it on to any package. My second is always someone I know, trust, and have actually worked with — never a stranger pulled from a list. They match my style and standards, so your gallery feels cohesive from first look to last dance.
A: As an Austin photographer since 2011, I’m familiar with a long list of venues. Some favorites include Laguna Gloria, Barr Mansion, Pecan Springs Ranch, Camp Lucy, Addison Grove, and the Hummingbird House. My husband and I even got married at the Prospect House! If you have a venue in mind, ask me — there's a good chance I've either worked there or at least been on property.
A: Absolutely. I’ve built strong relationships with some incredibly talented vendors here in Austin, and I’m always happy to share recommendations. These are people I trust not just for their work, but for how they show up on a wedding day—kind, professional, and genuinely invested in your experience.
