I always enjoy photographing weddings at new venues and this Rustic Houston wedding at Pine Lake Ranch was so pretty! Huge tall trees you can only find in the north Houston/Conroe area, gorgeous grounds and a beautiful bride to top it off.
Remember the scene in Steel Magnolias where Julia Roberts’ character is describing her wedding and says “My colors are blush and bashful. I have chosen two shades of pink, one is much deeper than the other.” Well, that’s how Taylor & Lizzie’s casual, fall wedding at Pine Lake Ranch just outside Conroe was designed.
After a beautiful sunset, there were lawn games with hula hoops, corn hole and even a guy with a guitar. And since it’s an Aggie wedding, it wouldn’t be complete without a rousing rendition of the War Hymn followed by goofily dancing groomsmen. Lizzie is a legacy friend and it was such a pleasure to photograph her wedding.
