On the day of the wedding, Caitlin made the process of taking portraits - not something my husband and I have ever done before - comfortable and fun, and despite our awkwardness and constant laughing got a lot of beautiful shots. A: First, send me an email with everything you are hoping to see and experience at your wedding day and I'll reply with more details about my process and a few questions about products and digitals.
Next, we'll grab cocktails and chat all things wedding & life if you're in Austin, or a virtual happy hour in our sweats if you're planning from out of town.
During the consult I'll ask you about types of photos that are important to you, answer any questions you have and go over the whole booking process! 50% deposit is due to reserve your wedding date with me.
Q: HOW DO I WORK WITH YOU?
A: The best part about planning a wedding is you can customize your timeline however you want. The only thing that I require is your coverage be consecutive. I will absolutely work with you (and your planner) to curate your timeline and make sure that the events and people you want captured are considered.
Typical Texas weddings work best with 8-12 hours of consecutive coverage.
Q: HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD I BOOK?
A: In order to deliver the best set of images possible, my full-day weddings benefit from having two, so I offer a second photographer for all local full-day weddings.
Also, since I am just a one-woman team, my second shooters will vary depending on who is available on your date but they will always be a professional of similar style and skill level.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
