I don’t just show up and take pretty photos.

I’ll walk you through every step of the process & are as hands on (or as hands off) as you want me to be.

You’re already here, checking out pricing, just go ahead and shoot me that message and we’ll grab a happy hour meeting together.

During our meeting, we’ll talk about food, drinks, travel and all the people you’ve invited to celebrate with you, because that will put us on the same page of how best to document your big day.

RAVE REVIEWS

I didn't even bother researching photographers in the area.

What she was able to capture of us on August 5: WOW!

So much wow.

Long story short, I'm glad I listened to my gut. You should listen to ME and hire Caitlin for any engagement, wedding, and grad shoots in the Austin area. No question. She's fun, professional, patient (I detest posing for things and made too many jokes and funny faces), and ridiculously talented!

Caitlin photographed my wedding in San Antonio and I could not have been happier both with the experience of working with her and the photos she took.

On the day of the wedding, Caitlin made the process of taking portraits - not something my husband and I had ever done before - comfortable and fun, and despite our awkwardness and constant laughing got a lot of beautiful shots. During the ceremony and reception, I never even noticed her, she worked her magic so unobtrusively.

The photos themselves from the ceremony and reception were beautiful and exactly the style I wanted.

Caitlin went out of her way to help make our wedding day stress free by communicating throughout the whole process, giving advice with what to expect and how to just have fun and be yourself!

Coming from a couple who hates being in front of the camera Caitlin does wonders and makes you feel comfortable and confident. She learns your personality and rolls with it to make you laugh or be serious and in all our pictures you can see our personality shine through.

I highly recommend having Caitlin as your photographer, not only will her photos bring your special day to life but she as a person has such a good heart and truly has a passion for what she does!

The last thing I wanted from our big day was a ton of stuffy, posed photos. Our wedding was meant to be a celebration—joyful, vibrant, and colorful. In no way did I feel like or want to be a typical bride. So when we were looking for a wedding photographer, we wanted to find someone who could visually tell a story, capture our party vibe AND the love, and keep everyone calm on a stressful day.

Caitlin more than delivered. From day one, she worked to understand what mattered to us as a couple, down to the last Jurassic Park-themed detail. She was extremely responsive to questions, willing to offer suggestions and insights from her experience as a wedding photographer. She even helped me pick out the perfect venue for bridal photos when I said, “I dunno, what gives off a haunted vibe?” On the day, she managed to have fun with us and roll with the punches while still operating as a complete professional.

Caitlin did our engagement shoot and wedding photographs, and there are really no words to explain how incredible she and her work are. Right off the bat, we felt so comfortable with her, and like she really "got" us as a couple.

She got the perfect mix of formal and candid photos, and she truly captured how happy and exciting the day was.

She is a joy to work with, and brought out the best in our wedding. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and will refer everyone I know to her!!

- Cathy & Adam

Caitlin photographed our engagement photos, coming up with a really fun and creative shoot. At the wedding, she caught all sorts of fun and sweet details that really captured the spirit of the day-and made us feel comfortable (great since I'm usually really awkward in front of the camera).

The quality of the prints and BEAUTIFUL album she created was professional and very high, heirloom quality.

We will be hiring Caitlin for any professional photos we have done in the future, no question.

FAQS

Do you travel for shoots?

Most definitely! I actually love to travel and shoot in new places. Travel just outside the Austin metro area can be accomodated for a small fee. For Texas weddings further than 80 miles from 78751, I require 2 nights hotel stay (one before and one after the wedding day itself).
For further destinations, the cost of flights will be added to your total.

Are you LBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely! I believe love is love and all are welcomed with me.

How do I book you?

Send me an email with what kind of session you're looking for and I'll reply with details. Portrait sessions are due in full up front, and weddings are split into 3 payments so you'll never have one big chunk due!

When will I receive my full gallery?

A full 8 hour wedding gallery is delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Sneak peeks will be posted on social media and sent to you along with a 5 minute slideshow preview for you to share with your friends and family. Engagement session galleries will be available in 2-4 weeks in your private online storefront gallery where you can order prints, books and canvases for your home!

Do you have a second photographer?

I love shooting weddings solo because of the ease and unobtrusive nature of there just being one photographer. However, some weddings' timeline and guest count benefit from having two, so I offer a second photographer for all local full day weddings.

How many hours do I need?

The best part about planning a wedding is you can customize your timeline however you want. The only thing that I require is your coverage be consecutive. I will absolutely work with you (or your planner) to curate your timeline and make sure that the events and people you want captured are considered.

Typical Texas weddings benefit from around 8-11 hours of coverage.

Most couples use 8 hours as a starting point to capture just the highlights of getting ready, through the end of the evening. Best enjoyed with weddings located at one location.

This is a good option if you're considering a First Look.
