"HOLY SHIT YOU ROCK!" and other review phrases

Caitlin was beyond wonderful at photographing our wedding.

Her style is so natural and she captured the day and all of its moments beautifully. I’ve historically been really uncomfortable in front of the camera but with the engagement session first and her easy manner, she got so many sweet photos.

I was able to relax knowing she had it covered.

I will absolutely hire her in the future and recommend her highly.

My now husband, contacted Caitlin to be there for when he proposed. Caitlin followed us from proposal day to our wedding day.

Caitlin is professional, dependable, and all around my favorite vendor to worked with.

She has made me feel beautiful and captured the emotion in every aspect of our wedding and I can not wait to use her for years to come. Highly recommend her for all of your photography needs.

- Victoria & Jordan

I didn't even bother researching other photographers in the area.

What she was able to capture of us on August 5: WOW!

So much wow.

Long story short, I'm glad I listened to my gut. You should listen to ME and hire Caitlin for any weddings in the Austin area. No question. She's fun, professional, patient (I detest posing for things and made too many jokes and funny faces), and ridiculously talented!

- Rachel & Michael

Caitlin went out of her way to help make our wedding day stress free by communicating throughout the whole process, giving advice with what to expect and how to just have fun and be yourself!

Coming from a couple who hates being in front of the camera Caitlin does wonders and makes you feel comfortable and confident. She learns your personality and rolls with it to make you laugh or be serious and in all our pictures you can see our personality shine through.

I highly recommend having Caitlin as your photographer, not only will her photos bring your special day to life but she as a person has such a good heart and truly has a passion for what she does!

The last thing I wanted from our big day was a ton of stuffy, posed photos. Our wedding was meant to be a celebration—joyful, vibrant, and colorful.

In no way did I feel like or want to be a typical bride. So when we were looking for a wedding photographer, we wanted to find someone who could visually tell a story, capture our party vibe AND the love, and keep everyone calm on a stressful day.

Caitlin more than delivered. From day one, she worked to understand what mattered to us as a couple, down to the last Jurassic Park-themed detail.
She was extremely responsive to questions, willing to offer suggestions and insights from her experience as a wedding photographer.

She even helped me pick out the perfect venue for bridal photos when I said, “I dunno, what gives off a haunted vibe?” On the day, she managed to have fun with us and roll with the punches while still operating as a complete professional.

2018 wedding austin wedding photographers still available

Caitlin photographed my wedding in San Antonio and I could not have been happier both with the experience of working with her and the photos she took.

On the day of the wedding, Caitlin made the process of taking portraits - not something my husband and I had ever done before - comfortable and fun, and despite our awkwardness and constant laughing got a lot of beautiful shots. During the ceremony and reception, I never even noticed her, she worked her magic so unobtrusively.

The photos themselves from the ceremony and reception were beautiful and exactly the style I wanted.

Caitlin not only has talent for capturing real, raw moments in photos, she has a sweet personality who made my wife and I feel incredibly comfortable during our engagement session.

She also went above and beyond on our wedding day. We felt as though we had an old friend with us all day.

She was flexible, kind, accommodating, and gracious. Having a wedding album that encapsulates our love while also being of the best quality is something we will treasure forever.

When my fiancé, Seth, and I decided to search for an engagement photographer we noticed a lot of photographers didn’t have an LGBT friendly postings on their websites. We were so happy to find the beautiful work on her website, we immediately felt welcomed and comfortable working with her.

She communicated with us effectively throughout the entire planning process and helped us decide the direction of the shoot.

On the day of the shoot, she gave Seth and I, who are far from models, direction which helped us be more at ease throughout the shoot. The end results came out beautifully and we couldn’t have asked for better photos that we can cherish for a lifetime!

Thank you Caitlin!

FAQS

Do you travel for shoots?

Sure do! I consider myself a Road Trip Queen and LOVE to travel throughout Texas and beyond. Travel fees may apply, depending on where you're having your wedding!

Dallas/Fort Worth or further weddings require a 2 night stay - 1 before the big day, and 1 after.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely! I believe love is love and all are welcomed with me. I have customized gender-neutral questionnaires and work hard to be inclusive and understanding of families and pronouns with each of my same-sex couples.

How do I work wtih you?

First, send me an email with everything you are hoping to see and experience at your wedding day and I'll reply with more details about my process and a few questions about products and digitals.

Next, we'll grab cocktails and chat all things wedding & life if you're in Austin, or a virtual happy hour in our sweats if you're planning from out of town.

During the consult I'll ask you about types of photos that are important to you, answer any questions you have and go over the whole booking process!

When will I receive my full gallery?

A full 8 hour wedding gallery is delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Sneak peeks will be posted on social media the next day and sent to you in an online gallery.

Engagement & proposal session galleries will be available in 2-4 weeks in your private online storefront gallery where you can order prints, books and canvases for your home!

How many hours should I book?

The best part about planning a wedding is you can customize your timeline however you want. The only thing that I require is your coverage be consecutive. I will absolutely work with you (and your planner) to curate your timeline and make sure that the events and people you want captured are considered.

Typical Texas weddings work best with 8-12 hours of consecutive coverage.

Do you have a second photographer?

In order to deliver the best set of images possible, my full-day weddings benefit from having two, so I offer a second photographer for all local full-day weddings. Also, since I am just a one-woman team, my second shooters will vary depending on who is available on your date but they will always be a professional of similar style and skill level.
